I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite a free upgrade to a lovely and spacious room thanks to the helpful staff, the initial room was disappointingly small. The location is perfect, especially for those needing quick access to King's Cross Station, but the area outside the hotel was a bit crowded and unpleasant at times.
